fantastic hotel, great location

I found the hotel modern and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated! it was a quick, five minute walk to the centre. Though the parking was expensive. i definitely consider staying here again.
The shower did not work at first, inconvenient. it was very obviously broken. I think that should have been checked before i arrived.

the location felt really special, it made going to all attractions so easy. we got a room with twin beds, which we requested in advance. fresh water was always available, i really liked the option for tea too.
The hotel needed a fresh coat of paint in places. It felt a bit old.

I found the location really good. It allowed easy access to various shops and dining options! The staff demonstrated excellent friendliness and helpfulness. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me. I also found my room quite spacious.
I noticed the air conditioning made a slight noise, but it didn't bother me much.

the room had modern amenities. i found the desk helpful for working. breakfast offered many choices. the location allows easy access to shops and dining places.
the air conditioning seemed preset. i could not adjust the temperature to my preferred setting. this made the room occasionally too warm for my liking.
